8. Permanent Deletion of Registration Data
Users may request the permanent deletion of their registration data from our database by contacting us at privacidade@bizapp.com.br. Upon request, the site will proceed with the unsubscription and deletion of the user’s data.
The data will be deleted upon express request by the data subject, except when under criminal investigation, judicial order, or in compliance with a legal basis as specified in the LGPD.
